Terms of Service
Last updated: May 11, 2026
These Terms govern your participation in the Bookbolt Creators Program, including the Partner Program and the Creator Program (collectively, the "Program"). By applying, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't apply.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with the laws and platform rules that apply to you.
2. Acceptance into the Program
Acceptance is at our discretion. We may approve, decline, or end participation at any time. Approval terms (tier, payout, content commitments) are confirmed in writing during onboarding.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant Bookbolt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost, repurpose, and promote that content on Bookbolt-owned channels with credit. You can revoke this license for future use with 30 days notice; reposted content already published stays up.
4. Disclosure & Compliance
You agree to clearly disclose sponsored content per FTC, ASA, and equivalent guidelines in your jurisdiction. You will not make unsupported earnings claims, misrepresent product features, or disparage competitors. We can reject any submission that fails these rules.
5. Payments
Payouts are made monthly for the prior month's earnings, subject to a 30-day refund/chargeback hold on commission. Minimum payout is $50; balances roll forward. You are responsible for taxes owed on your earnings. We will issue a 1099-NEC to US persons earning $600+ in a calendar year.
6. Lifetime Commission Attribution
Customers referred via your unique link or code are attributed to you for as long as they maintain a continuous, paid Bookbolt subscription. Cancellation followed by a new signup through another partner may reassign attribution.
7. Termination
Either party may end participation with 30 days written notice. Commission earned on previously referred, still-active customers continues to pay out after termination. We may terminate immediately for material breach (fraud, fake views, non-disclosure, unlawful content).
8. Confidential Information
Roadmap details, internal performance data, and pre-release features shared with you are confidential. Don't share them outside the Program without permission.
9. Disclaimers
The Program is provided "as is". We make no guarantee about specific earnings, traffic, or results. Your performance depends on your content, audience, and effort.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookbolt's total liability arising out of the Program will not exceed the amount paid to you in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to active participants at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued participation after the effective date means you accept the update.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
